I am in no way connected or affiliated with any other websites with similar sounding addresses. I class myself as a professional instructor and regard "Integrity" as a cornerstone of my reputation. I thank you all who have supported me and my endevours in the past 11 years and will always be commited to delivering a no nonsense and above all "honest" approach to my subject matter.

This site has one simple aim, to bring personal safety stratergies to all sections of the community. In a  perceived increasingly violent society, we must be ever vigilant and protect ourselves, our loved ones, our property and those around us. The training I provide is based on awareness and aviodance & gross motor skill "Tactical Intervention" stratergies.
