Women's Self Defence is to schedule a weekend course in autumn 2008 at one of the South east's premier hotel/conference centres. The course will include accomadation, breakfast, use of the centres gym, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. You will be taught by Liz Clark, widely acknowledged as the leading female self defence instructor in the UK today.

This course is a complete business start-up course to become a personal safety instructor/consultant. All equipment will be supplied and the fee will also include the purchase of your own equipment to get you up and running.  

This is a one off chance to train with Liz and is open to only 30 people. This will be allocated on a "first come, first serve" basis.
